The word of the day is: Hiatus

I have too much on my mind lately, and I keep missing days in this routine.

So I'm going to declare it: the word of the day is subject to hiatus without notice.

Not that I think anyone is terribly dissapointed, I just like to keep my actions and intentions in alignment.

The word of the day is: Emote

Take a deep breath and feel something.

The word of the day is: Support

It is always a comfort after a period of uncertainty and frustration.

Sometimes it takes very little effort to show it.

Never underestimate the value of perceived support.

The word of the day is: Frustrated

Frustrated up beyond all recognition. Human flash paper, don't even breathe close the heat will ignite.

The word of the day is: Snide

I almost feel like apologizing.

Almost.

Just one of those days, people. I usually look back on them in amazement, trying to find clues and methods.
Good days to clse the door and turn off the devices.

I'm still working on turning off the devices.

The word of the day is: Alternator

When the truck needs, she needs now.

Yesterday I was watching a movie and using the sound system and ended up plugging in the computer, and ran the battery down to 10 percent capacity. I should have fired up our genset and charged it back up first, but didn't. When the truck was started, the 20 year old alternator fried.

Oops. It's not like I don't know about that sort of thing.
So today, despite one hell of a flu, I changed out the part.

With that, every "external" device on the engine that spins in some fashion have all been replaced.
